These terms apply to the use of Ranking.nl, offered by Arimpex B.V. By using Ranking.nl you agree to these terms. Last updated: April 2026.
You may use Ranking.nl for yourself or for clients on whose behalf you act, provided you are authorised to do so. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with others. Misuse of the service — including automated scraping, sending spam, or distributing malware — is prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
Plans are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed via the payment method you provide. If a payment fails, you will be notified and access may be temporarily restricted. You can cancel at any time in your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for the current period are not provided unless required by law.
We aim for at least 99% availability per month, but cannot guarantee this. Planned maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance by email or in the dashboard. We will inform you as quickly as possible about unplanned outages. Ranking.nl may be updated or changed as part of ongoing improvements; features may be added, changed, or removed.
Ranking.nl is a tool for tracking keyword positions. We are not liable for decisions you make based on the results, for loss of revenue or clients, or for inaccuracies in data caused by external sources (such as search engine changes). Our liability is in all cases limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months prior to the damage.
We may update these terms. For significant changes, you will receive at least 14 days' notice by email. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will preferably be resolved by mutual agreement; otherwise the competent court in Amsterdam applies.
